The Balloon Tubing Pre-Stretching Machine is designed for producing polymer balloon tubing used in medical devices. It uses a radial compression heating mechanism to achieve fast and uniform heating for tubing with diameters up to 9 mm, without the need for dedicated die changes. The system is suitable for multiple balloon specifications and automatically stretches raw tubing into preforms for subsequent blow-molding.


Contact Heating: A radial compression mechanism reduces processing time and improves preform transition clarity compared with non-contact heating systems.


Efficient Control: A touchscreen HMI provides simple and intuitive operation throughout the process. Typical cycle time is 20–25 seconds per piece (including loading and unloading) for a 20 mm PTCA balloon preform.
